What this is
New Client Atlas is not an employer and does not post employer job listings. You join as a self-employed independent sales agent, sell access to New Client Atlas to businesses and bill your own customers. There is no salary or hourly wage. You pay us a platform fee of $30 a month under a 12-month agreement that renews automatically; if you leave, your customer accounts transfer to us. We do not promise any level of income; what you earn depends on your own work, your prices and how many customers you win and keep.
What you sell
New Client Atlas (newclientatlas.com) is a database of US businesses with a built-in email tool. Your customers are businesses that want to find and contact other businesses, for example insurance agents, accountants, cleaning companies, web designers and IT services. Each customer sends from its own email domain and is responsible for following the CAN-SPAM Act; opt-outs apply to that sender only.
What you pay us
The agent agreement runs for 12 months. You pay $30 a month starting on the day your account is activated, billed monthly in advance, so your minimum commitment is $360 over 12 months. The fee depends on the number of your active customers:
- Up to 10 active customers (start): $30 / month
- 11 – 30 active customers: $60 / month
- 31 – 60 active customers: $80 / month
- More than 60 customers: $80 + $1 per extra customer / month
No setup fee, no starter kit, no inventory.
Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of a term, the agreement renews automatically for another 12 months at the then-current fee. We email you a reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal. You can cancel online in your dashboard or by email.
Your customers when you leave
If you cancel or your agreement ends, all of your customer accounts transfer to us (Stage Strategy USA, Inc.). Your customers keep their access and continue directly with us; from then on they pay us, not you, and you receive no further payments from them. Your customers agree to this transfer in the platform terms they accept when you activate them.
Do not sign up if you cannot afford $360 over 12 months without any customers.
What you charge your customers
You decide your own price and how you collect it. You are responsible for your invoices, taxes and any business license your city or state requires.
No income promises
We make no representation about how much you will earn. Many people who start a sales business earn little or nothing. Do not join if you need guaranteed income.
No recruiting income
You are paid only by the businesses you sell to. There are no commissions for recruiting other agents.
