Jobs AI can’t replace.

Work that relies on trust, presence and local relationships is hard for AI to replace. Here is how to build income on it, starting part-time.

What these jobs have in common

Jobs that are hard to automate share three things: they need a person on site, they depend on trust built over time, or they require judgment in messy real-world situations. Electricians, nurses, teachers and local salespeople all fit at least one of these.

Relationship sales is one of them

Local business owners get dozens of automated emails and calls every week and ignore most of them. A real person from their own city who shows them something useful in five minutes stands out more as automation grows, not less.

You do not have to quit your job

You can build this next to your current work: a few visits or calls a week, a short demo, and businesses that pay you monthly for continued access to the tool you sell.

What you sell

A subscription every business understands.

Every business wants more customers. New Client Atlas gives them a list of companies in their area by industry, plus a tool to email them from their own address. They pay monthly to keep using it, and you sell it.

FAQ

Jobs AI Can't Replace: answered.

Do I need a degree for relationship sales?

No. You need to be reliable, friendly and willing to talk to business owners. Training, scripts and a demo account are included in the agent plan.

Is this AI-proof forever?

Nothing is guaranteed. Personal trust and local presence are among the hardest things to automate, which is why we built the program around them.

What does it cost?

Applying is free. The agent plan is a 12-month agreement at $30 a month, paid from the first day (so $360 over the year), for up to 10 active customers. With more customers the fee rises to $60 (up to 30) or $80 (up to 60) a month.

Can I cancel?

The agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the term. We remind you by email before each renewal. If you cancel, your customer accounts transfer to us and continue with us.

How much can I earn?

We do not promise any income. You set your own price and keep what your customers pay you; how much that adds up to depends on how many customers you win and keep. Many people who start a sales business earn little or nothing.
